The jury is still out when it comes to circumcising your kids, but when you meet a man as an adult, that decision was already made for him long ago. While circumcision is done for several reasons — so sons can look like their fathers, for religious purposes, or for cleanliness — medical research still wavers as to what's better. Since many are opting against it, do tell, have you ever been with an uncircumcised man? If so, was it any different from being with a man who was circumcised?

I was with a few actally...I perfere them to be circumsised though. I dunno why but it's just what I like.
1Yes!! It definitely felt better!
2Never. I haven't been with many guys, so my point of reference is small, but each was circumsised--for religious reasons, and or because his parents made the decision when he was born. I've never even seen an uncircumsised penis up close and personal.
3Uncircumsized is less pokey, for lack of a better word. I kind of preferred it.. and it doesn't look as scary.. lol, I sound like I'm 12.
4No.
5Since I'm German, my answer is yes. Circumcision in Germany isn't exactly common, but occasionally you'll meet a man who is circumcised.
Anyway, I never felt much of a difference, however come to think of it, I prefer them circumcised. Because uncircumcised leads to a lot of thinking, and always reminds me on my mom telling my little brother "Pull it back, and clean underneath!" And, you really don't wanna think of that when you're with a man.
6Not yet. I only found out a few years ago that most Europeans and British men were uncircumcised! I used to live in the UK and somehow the topic came up... and I still have an unfulfilled crush on the guy I was talking to...
7i wish this was a poll so i could see the numbers, and yes i have, but i have NOT been with a circumsised guy!
8I have, and didn't notice a difference.
9I prefer circumcised because it's more hygienic, and IMO also more aesthetic. An uncircumcised one looks a bit like an elephant trunk to me
.
10uncircumsized is definitely better IMO
11I'm with a Polak... he's uncircumsized.
12I've seen an uncut one, but never "been" with it. I'll try anything once! haha But the thought of going down on uncircumcised one sorta grosses me out, but I just think it's b/c I'm used to circumcised. Even in our health text books the diagrams show circumcised penises which is a poor representation of nature.
13I'm on my 3rd uncircumcised man (Eastern European descent). The other two were Jewish and another of Eastern European descent (out of 3 boys he told me in his family, he was the only one not circumsised). I have not found a difference being with an uncircumsised versus circumsised. My current guy is very clean, so I don't worry about that issue at all. I like the look myself!
14My ex was circumcised, my current boyfriend is not.
I don't notice a difference, or have a preference -- aside from deciding that circumcision is kind of barbaric and a weird custom our modern society really needs to get over.
I absolutely refuse to ever even consider circumcising any of my future children, and I think anyone believes that it's "more hygenic" must be with a really dirty, unhygenic man (or is dirty & unhygenic themselves), because normal men that shower daily don't have any issues being uncut.
15Never have been with a man who was uncircumcised and however shallow this may seem, I never would:) Just don't care for the sight, I like my men to be, um, groomed hehe. But that being said, I wouldn't be with a guy who didn't shave there either! Hairless, no extra skin...mmmm.
16i don't think i ever have, but i feel like it would gross me out
17Gee, Kate.
18i have and it was uncomfortable only because he was uncomfortable with it himself. i dont like the way that they look either, and it makes bj's that much more taxing, lol......
circumcision is the way to go.......
19My man is uncircumsized and I love it because his head is so much more sensitive then a guy who has been circumsized. I dont think it makes a huge difference but if I had to choose, I'd choose uncircumsized.
20I've never been with someone not circumsized lol.
21Yes and my friends and I nicknamed him "Hoodie" afterwards...
But it didn't feel any different once things got going...
22My boyfriend is uncircumcised but he's in the minority I think! More and more people are opting to get their sons circumcised and I think it's a shame.
One of my friends used to have (maybe he still does) a major hangup about his circumcision and how it had lessened sensitivity around the head.
23you consider being circumsized as being "groomed" ???
24Thats sick. If we were discussing female anatomy here, I feel that the opinions about being "natural" and representing the way we were created would be completely different.
I agree k8, I've only been with a circumcised guy, but I think that the fact that our society believes in circumcising most guys is a very old tradition that doesn't apply anymore in this day and age of showers and cleanliness all around.
25My current bf is the only uncircumcised guy I've ever been with and I thought it would gross me out more than it did b/c I had honestly never seen one before, lol. Now I'm happily getting over it and don't plan on ever going back
26I've been with a few and never really noticed a difference... except for that certain things required less lube...
27It's not different at all! Just as long as the guy is very careful with his personal hygene, it's really the same thing
28I've had both and I like both.
For oral I find the extra skin just that much extra fun to play with. But for sex I don't really have a preference and I've been told my good oral experiences are unusual.
A friend of mine won't even consider an uncircumcised man. She had a terrible experience with one that apparently didn't wash very well and said the stench was so great she lost her lunch... She's adamantly hated them ever since.
I can't honestly say I blame her but with these sorts of things it seems to be based a lot on what one experiences first/most often. Me - I won't be shying away from either.
29My first bf was uncut, but I was still a virgin at the time so I never slept with him. I can't imagine it'd feel that different... but I have heard horror stories (similar to Frzkey) about guys having erm, STUFF trapped under the flap of skin and it smelling reeeeeally bad.
30only been with one that was uncircumsized and you feel it more!! Which was a good thing. But I love my BF elephant trunk hahah like chocolatine said. -=]]]
31Damn frzkey crazy story.. so? what does your friend do when she meets a new guy? how do you get to that topic.. hey are your circumsized or not?? oh man the horror. and that guy is nasty if it smelled funny..ekk. i would die. i make sure my honey polishs his before anything occuring. =P
32I'm not a fan of the un-circumsized look, it's mostly an aesthetic thing for me. It was my first experience with a member also, so maybe my lack of knowledge was to blame for not liking it. I don't like all that extra skin, looks like a hot dog wearing a turtle neck.
33I wish there was a post about vaginas where guys could come on this site and write about how they don't like pubic hair because it looks unkept, or they don't like it when girls labia minora hang out farther than the labia majora... because they think it looks like beef curtains... "its just an aesthetic thing" though so I'm sure no one would find it degrading or insulting...
34I think my boyfriend is uncircumsized. I just realized this yesterday! We've been intimate for about a year now but haven't had actual sex yet, so I guess that's why I never really bothered to look all that closely. I've seen other guys' too, some that must have been circumsized, but again I guess it was never all that noticeable since we weren't having actual sex.
So I guess my opinion is that there's really no difference unless you're having sex.
35I like both, but I prefer uncircumcised. I think it's cute, and it's more sensitive.
All the (uncircumcised) men I've been with were hygienic, so cleaniness was never an issue.
36lol 0danielle0 youre absolutely right about the lube!! the extra skin definetly helps.. you dont need much if any!
37I am 22 years old and had no clue what an uncircumcised penis looked like until sleeping with my most recent boyfriend. Although at first I found it's appearance unsettling (it just looked so 'different'... I swear I'm not meanspirited), I'm used to it now. However, I have not noticed any significant differences in the bedroom that I would attribute to some foreskin. No funky odors, either. Yay hygiene.
38I have found no differences between my experiences with circumcised and uncircumcised penises and hold no preference. However, the thought of circumcising a baby is very unsettling to me. I think of it as a form of genital mutilation even. I understand that it is done for religious reasons, but I really see no point in doing it as the human body has been made a certain way for a reason.
39I much prefer cut for oral.
40tyffi, you're right! for some reason i've mostly dated germans, and the older one was uncircumsized and said it was totally common.
does anyone think they are more sensitive? i can't tell if it is just he who is sensitive.
41They are more sensitive; my husband is uncircumsized.
42I have been with one guy that was uncircumsized. Gross. NEVER again. He was clean (i'm sure most are), but thinking about anything like that makes me think of cottage cheese or something growing down there. Icky poo. HAHAHA!
Besides, circumsized feels better for me...that nice ridge you get.
43I thought it was more uncommon for a guy to be circumsiced!! lol. I've been with my uncircumsiced man for more than 2 yrs and we've had no problems.
44I thought it was more uncommon for a guy to be circumsiced!! lol. I've been with my uncircumsiced man for more than 2 yrs and we've had no problems.
45A penis is a penis is a penis. Cut or not cut doesn't matter.. but maybe size... just a little bit.
46my husband is not circumsized. and i have found that he is more "sensitive". I prefer circumsized aesthetically but otherwise, there is not difference in my feeling...
47My husband is European and uncircumcised. Hygienic problems only occur if a man is lazy and doesn't take care of himself. So, if a guy had problems keeping clean, I guess he would best go circumcised.
As for the question as to what is better sexually, I don't know. I have no one to compare him with. It has been said that the folds of an uncircumcised penis add more to the sensitivity because of all the blood vessels and nerve endings in the foreskin. Aesthetically, however, I prefer uncircumcised. It looks more natural to me because it is unaltered.
48Oh yeah, my hubby is German since quite a few people seem to be pointing Germans out. Lol.
49Having spent most of my adulthood abroad, I've found that the majority of men I've been with overseas have been uncut, while my American lovers have been circumcised.
