I love cheesecake, too. It's my favorite dessert. This weekend, I plan on modifying my recipe for New York style Cheesecake. I'm going to adjust it to make Cookies & Cream Cheesecake.
Perhaps I'll serve it with a white chocolate sauce? Or a dark chocolate sauce? Or maybe with BOTH?? LOL

they open till 11 so go have a slice!
