After some major changes in both your personal and professional life, things have begun to move in a new direction. Now your brain, body, nerves, and emotions are adjusting to an entirely new routine, and it’s kind of tricky on the day to day. Would it be worse if…
This: You have more responsibilities and activities going on than ever before? You’re getting a lot done but feel completely underwater, and the stress is really starting to get to you.
Or…
That: Your life has slowed down considerably compared to the whirlwind it used to be? Things are incredibly slow at work, and you have so much free time you literally don’t know what to do with it all.

I think being overly stressed is worse. You can always find more activities that are important to you, but you can't put more hours in the day or erase the toll the stress is taking on your health.
1Without a doubt, I would rather be overly stressed/ productive than bored silly.
2Without a doubt, I would rather be overly stressed/ productive than bored silly.
3I have been through both and prefer the stressed with a ton to do. Right now I am completely not challanged even my VP has said you are over-qualified to work for us.
4i hate being bored, especially at work!
5I love those days of nothing to do, but could not ever do that every single day. I like stress, sure I complain about it, but it pushes me harder to finish the project.
6I hate being bored at work, even if it is how I found this website. Boring days aren't so bad, as long as they aren't every day of the week, like I am going through now. I really wonder what they are paying me for.
7I'm actually in a slow period at work right now and it kinda sucks, but at the same time I'm not stressed out, which is worse for my mental well-being and health. I'm looking forward to a happy medium again, since I was overworked last fall... However, I fear that's going to happen again since we just lost two employees.
8Whoops! I thought we were voting for what was better.
9I think it's worse to be over-stressed...for body and mind both. I used to work at a place that was sky-high stressful and now I work in an office that is totally relaxed.
10Even if you have ample free time, there is always something productive to do instead of being bored silly. Being bored is a state of mind. I would use free time at work for web research or to hone my designs/illustrations. No one is perfect. So, there is always room for self improvement on an infinite number of subjects.
I choose the free time over pressure or stressed any day.
11I'd much rather have too much to do. I'm better at being overscheduled than under. Right now I'm under and I don't like it.
12I hate having tons of free time. My fiance is away at Air Assault, work is dead, and school hasn't started yet, so I'm going absolutely crazy. If I don't have a list of things to do that's a mile long, I feel like I'm not doing anything at all.
13I'd rather be bored. I have anxiety issues and REALLY don't cope well under stress.
14i've had my fair share of being bored. so id rather be busy and stressed than bored and cranky. lol
