And the song that represents a couple is often not a love song, but something more quirky, a song that symbolizes a particular time or feeling. totally embarrassing- Higher by Creed. We were dating in mid high school when it first came out and identified with the lyrics, before it got a lot of radio play. We never request it or really bring it up with other people since it was played to death shortly after it hit the radio. We don't really have a song to replace it since that was the first and only official song we had.
