This is one of those pranks that seems simple at first, but then after I watched it and laughed, I had a lot of questions. First off, was he drunk? (He appears to be holding a drink.) Secondly, why is he wearing a hat? And finally, how can this be funny — it's French! (Just. Kidding.)
