I have rarely experienced such dreams..but a couple of years ago I dreamt my ex-boyfriend had a baby..and 5 months later I learned he actually had..creepy

I have this reoccurring pregnancy dream where when it comes time to have the baby they can't get it out! i wonder what that means . . . .

I had a weird dream that I had a baby. But it wasn't that it was me having a baby that was weird, the whole dream centered around me trying to feed this baby. I was trying to get it to eat macaroni and cheese the whole time. A newborn! hahaa

i had a dream i was back in high school and i got pregnant with quintuplets (is that the correct term for five?). my first thought was abortion, but then i felt bad, so i thought i have to hide them! i kept on running around my school trying to extract a kid from my stomach (as if it was something tucked underneath my shirt) and hide it behind a school desk, and then another one behind a park bench. weird.

i don't know if i've ever had a pregnancy dream but i often dream i'm holding a baby and the baby is really slippery and i cant hold on, and i drop it

I have had many pregnancy dreams, and usually i am really happy to have a baby, and its always a boy.

We have actually been trying for 3 months to get pregnant, and in these three months? no pregancy dreams!

When I have pregnancy dreams I later find out of someone I know who's expecting. One time I dreamt one of my sisters was pregnant and when I called her to tell her about the dream she was so spooked because she her doctor had confirmed the pregnancy a couple of days before.

when i was doing my OB/pediatrics rotation last semester in nursing school, i had dreams every single week (sometimes a few times a week) about being pregnant or having a baby or trying to breastfeed (WEIRD) or thinking of names for babies.

I had a dream that I already had the baby (I guess I skipped the birthing phase...) and the baby took care of itself! Fed itself, bathed itself, etc. Pretty awesome kid! haha

I have pregnancy nightmares sometimes. The last one, I had the baby in my sleep and then my mom just told me to put it in a room. Then we forgot about the baby. It's a weird dream that I've had two or three times. Very disturbing, though.

I think pregnancy dreams mean something different to everyone depending upon what exactly pregnancy means to them. I've never had a dream about being pregnant (that I can remember) myself, but I have had ones about my boyfriend WANTING to get me pregnant, and in the dream I was very at peace with it and said "sure!" and woke up oddly satisfied. In real life, it's just about the worst thing that could happen to me right now, so how okay I was with it kinda wierds me out. I dunno... maybe some part of me wants to get preggers? O_________O Stupid subconscious and its not-making-senseness....

I had a dream a few nights ago, and I was married and had like 5 kids. My home was up to my standards, and hubby was cute (it wasn't Dan. I don't know who that guy was!), and we had a dog.

I was still thin, so it wasn't bad...i guess.

but i woke up crying.

Who the hell voluntarily has 5 kids AND a dog???

I occasionally have this dream where I am very, very pregnant, and pottering around doing normal everyday things, happy as can be, before I SUDDENLY realise that the baby is due the next day and I haven't yet done anything like buy a pram or clothes, or prepared in any way for the birth or baby. I always wake up sweating from that dream. I interpret it as being more about my fear of being unprepared for the adult world generally than specifically about babies or pregnancy, but it's still very disconcerting to wake up and want to check that I haven't suddenly grown a giant belly!

I've been having this dream a lot lately and every time I am giving birth to a healthy baby boy the pain feels so real and I'm not scared or anything like that in my dream I'm happy and the dream continues to where I even know the name of my first born in the dream. I myself am not pregnant the dream of pregnancy doesn't scare me at all but i would like to know what it all means because when I do research on my dream I get nothing because all the research that shows up is all about dreaming of miscarriage and pregnant women having dreams about the sex of the baby. What does it mean???

I've had a variety - some where this amazing, new, warm feeling washes over me - some where I'm angry and panicked - and some, like last night's, where I'm feeling really queasy and morning sick.

I always have these types of dreams, latest one was last night and I had found out I was pregnant and towards the end of the dream it was confirmed I was 6 weeks gone. I'd love so much to start a family, am getting married in 2 weeks so hopefully sometime soon! ive been having dreams that im pregnant... the first one was really scary... my boyfriends dead baby brother jeremy asked me how my baby was doing and when i have him if i could name him jeremy and bring him back to life...when i woke up i ran up to my boyfriend who was sleeping on the couch and layed with him...i didnt go back to sleep till the suncame up...the one i had juss recently was that me and my boyfriend were laying in bed and i had a rele big belly and his hand was on it and he was telling me how he could feel the babys heart beat that it was stronger than mine...and i looked down n i could see my stomach move as if it were beating!!!! ive told my boyfriend about all of them...and we are actually considering that i might be pregnant? im only 17 but i wouldnt mind being a mommy!

Last night I had a dream that I was around 6 months pregnant, I so wanted the baby, For it to be a little girl, and I would name her Elsa. But then I realized that I am on the pill, and I didn't stop taking the birth control through the pregnancy, So I get scared that Elsa is dead. So I go up to my mother and tell her that we have to move, and I have to find a doctor and have an abortion, and she sais "Ok honey, I agree." Then I woke up, and glad I did too. I wouldn't ever, ever have an abortion in any circumstance. But this isn't the first dream that I've had of Elsa, just a few days ago I had a dream that I had given birth to her, and I was so happy to hold little Elsa, but soon I got worried, because I didn't want to give up my teenager life, and fun times with friends. But I didn't want to give Elsa up. As the dream progressed I realize that I'm still a virgin, but Elsa was still my baby, and It was some freak pregnancy that happend by a miracle. I tried to tell everyone that I was still a Virgin, but no one believed me, I was especially concerned that my sister didnt believe me. Soon after, I woke up. I'm only 15, and I am in fact a virgin. These dreams are scaring me, because I want so bad to be a mom one day in the future. And my baby in these dreams has a name and everything. But I would never get an abortion, nor give up my responsability to "hang out with friends" what could my dreams be telling me? (Elsa is the name I decided to name my baby a while back, because it means "God's promise")

i had a dream that i had given birth to a baby girl , but my boyfriends parents didn't know and when they found out they were thrilled then after they saw the child my boyfriend still hadn't held her i kept telling him to but he found excuses not to, he looked scared of it like he didn't want it , so we argued and argued and i told him what i thought then he held the child then in a second the child grew up and she was 3 and i went out to the shop with my mother and boyfriend and we all forgot about her and left her at home , then when we remembered we ran back and the door was locked and the child was inside crying once i got in i tried feeding her but she refused to eat or drink then started talking like a 14 year old child i wasn't shocked it was like i was used to it! since that dream i have been having stomach cramps and i have noticed changes in my body and i keep waking up expecting a child to be in a cott at the end of my bed! Its weird because i dreamed my aunt was pregnant i was right but the wrong aunt. then i kept dreaming about pregnancy and i was in a few of them it showed i had a healthy girl. i had difficultys getting pregnant and Suprisingly i found out im pregnant. But dont know what im having...lol

Well im 15, I've recently lost my virginity in july, used condoms, only 3 times. 6 weeks ago, 3 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago. But like 5 wee ago I had a pregnancy dream, it wasn't vivid. I had a dream about being pregnant last night. I even dreamt about getting the cesaceran and being all hurt with a scar. I even dreamt holding this baby in my arms, but i don't remember his/her face, i remember feeding her/him. A couple of weeks back i had a dream i had a positive pregnancy test but on the test were 3 positive results, which in the dream was told i was having triplets, woke up when i was going for scan. Had a dream a few days later that i was told by a nurse that i was pregnant without doing a test. The other night i had a dream that i did not know i was pregnant but went into labour, but one of my cats went missing in the dream and i refused to give birth until i found my cat, woke up when i found him and started pushing to get the baby out. Does anyone know what this means, i am confused, i have been trying for a baby and really want one??

a couple of months ago my fiance dreamt that i gave birth to twin girls that suddenly grew up to toddlers. i have had weird dreams that i was pregnant. but last nights dreams were really weird. first dream i had was i gave birth to a baby elephant (strange i know) then i woke up but after i went back to sleep i dreamt i gave birth to a baby boy but my sister kept trying to take him away saying it was her baby and i shouldnt have him (my sister is a bit strange and trys to stuff up every bodies lives so not surprised with that). we have been trying for a baby but now we have put it on hold cause we are getting married in april 2010 and i want to fit into my dress. my partner thought his dream was weird cause he rarely remembers his dreams but he remembered this one.

I am actually 8 and a half months pregnant and keep having dreams where my baby is inside my tummy but its like she is going to fall out, you can see the arms and legs etc under the skin of my stomach but its out of my stomach...complicated and hard to explain but i wonder what this cvould mean??? any ideas???

I had a dream that i was 3 months pregnant. I just got married and my tubes are cut tied and burned, but having a baby is what i want with my husband who doesnt have a baby and i really dont think its going to happen being that invitro is so much money. I keep having these reoccurring dreams that I had a baby boy and he is healthy and happy and I am walking around Manhattan with him... It makes no sense... Since I am not trying to get pregnant or anything.

This is very interesting. My friend and I have been having pregnancy dreams for the past six months or so, and we both have them at the same time. My most recent one seemed to imply that I was some sort of wood nymph, and I was pregnant with a man's child, a man who i didn't know but apparently loved a lot. I was just happy to be pregnant. I believe I was in the last trimester. I am only thirteen (as is my friend), and neither of us have lost our virginity yet.However, where hers seem to be fraught with anxiety and shame, mine are very peaceful and leave me feeling happy upon waking. I wonder if this means anything about our relationship?

Two days ago I had a dream about me being pregnant! I got pregnant from my ex boyfriend that I didn't see or talk to for over three years! I thought it was because I missed him and I felt guilty for not talking to him after I moved away, over two years ago.
The dream got weirder and weirder, first I was in a boat when I was one mouth pregnant, and the water was going in the small boat, then some how some mouths past and I was at school, and when I found my already pregnant friend she was about eight months pregnant, and I told her that I was pregnant, and she said that she wasn't alone.
I don't know what that meant, but to me it sound like she was alone, and wants people to understand.
You see she had a bad past with her not blood related brother, and he got her pregnant and all this drama came with her and my friends, since she didn't want people to know she was pregnant, and someone told everyone he known about, and I just found out myself that it was her ex boyfriend, and months past and school ended already for this year, and I don't have her cell number, so I can't call her to make sure she was fine.
So I think it's because of her I had this dream, and she already gave birth to her child, but I can't make sure if she did.
