We've reached a low moment in fashion indeed when what you're wearing suggests either that you've just taken a dump in your leggings, or that you don't have a belt and your pants are about to fall off. What does it mean, people, and what's tackier?

I only said baggy pants because I see WAY more of that then low crotched leggings (which I have never seen).
1i couldn't decide, they both look trashy
2low crotch leggings are horrible! the baggy pant syndrome is not much better but I can deal with it a little more than the leggings
3The low crotch leggings are just WRONG! Usually the people wearing baggy pants have a equally baggy shirt on that covers the butt. But those leggings... there are no words!! lol
4I don't want to look at anyone's underwear!
5I wasn't sure on this one. I mean, the leggings are worse, but I see the baggy underwear pants more often. Haha once I saw this guy who had on santa claus boxers and they were hangin out of his pants...not to mention it was the middle of June
6They are both bad fashion statements. They should be equally embarrassed. She really does look like she took a dump, and as for him...in what part of your brain do you fathom that I would want to see your dirty underwear?
7leggings. something sickly about the way she looks
8i voted low croth leggings...which by the way.. WTF!?!?!? haha!
9omg. coco chanel must be gagging in her tomb.
10the leggings.... looks gross.
11so do the low jeans, but usually boys wear a long tee-shirt to cover their bums.
the leggings i never seen on any one so yeah it gets my vote. 50 cent we coming for your undies!!!!
12The leggings are just disgusting.
They are considering a law where I live where you will get a ticket if your underwear are showing! I hope it goes through.
