Ageism in Hollywood effects women much more profoundly than men, but that doesn't mean our famous leading men don't feel the pressure and sting of being under the microscope. Sadly, the fellas are turning to cosmetic surgery, too, in hopes of preserving their youth, but it always seems to backfire.

I LOVE George. I think he is aging gracefully but still has the spirit of a child in him

14I went for George - but I think Patrick Dempsey should be on this list. The two of them are so much better looking since their teenage years
15Aww I think Bruce Willis should be on the list too. He's still making movies and the way he handles the Demi/Ashton situation makes him even better.
16The only reason I didn't say George is because he recently admitted to having his eyes done - so I voted for Brad. But who knows - they all have probably had something done - what is "gracefully" when you have plastic surgeons at your beck and call???

18Someone asked George about the plastic surgery rumour in a magazine and he said he did say it but that he was joking, he really hasn't had it.
