Holy crap. Four hours north of LA exists a cat heaven called Cat House on the Kings. Run by a non-crazy cat lady who is crazy for cats, Cat House on the Kings is a non-profit, no-kill, no cage shelter for cats (and a few dogs) to roam free (inside and outside). They're up for adoption, but if no one does so they're free to hang out forever. And what animal wouldn't want to stay there? The wonderful Lynea Lattanzio has been trained as a vet, has ten feeding stations inside and outside, and just freaking loves animals. The guy who put this vid together says she's not a hoarder, or a proverbial CCL, she's just dedicated her life to animals. 16,000 cats and dogs can't be wrong!

Well they do look happy? If I was a cat and living there, I don't think I'd want to be adopted and leave. haha
2It's like Never-Never Land for cats! I wouldn't mind volunteering there if I lived in the area.
3I would love to volunteer at a place like that - shame I'm all the way in Perth, WA and we don't have anything that comes close. And I wish I had the money to start something like that here...
