I am sorry but why does N korea need our aid? thier glorious leader should liquify his "assets" and help his own country out dont you think?
-Private armored train, because he has a fear of flying
-eats with silver chopsticks, has lobsters flown in
-spent $20,000,000 on importing 200 new Mercedes Benz S500 luxury sedans adding to North Korea's fleet of 7,000 Mercedes cars.
-has 17 different palaces and residences, including a private resort
-has "won" the 10 million dollar lottery numerous times.
and many many more expenses....Do you think that if GW was living like this that other countries should be feeding his people?
1we are doing it for diplomatic purposes - and because they are not giving any of that wealth to their people. north koreans were dying of starvation only a little over 10 years ago. so yes, they need our help - the north koreans themselves, not their dear leader.
2Politico: ""I wouldn't characterize anybody who fought in Vietnam as a war hero," said Medea Benjamin, a co-founder of the theatrical anti-war group Code Pink."
This sickens me. To the core, I am disgusted with people like this.
