After all the stress of your wedding, the honeymoon has finally arrived, and you and your new husband couldn’t be more excited. The last year has been a whirlwind and you’re ready for some serious relaxation. But within hours of arriving, your dream honeymoon is turning into a vacation nightmare. Would it be worse if . . .
This: Your luggage never makes its way around the baggage turnstile? When you talk to a rep at your airline, they inform you that they don’t know where your luggage is or when it will arrive, but hopefully within five days — nearly your entire trip.
Or . . .
That: Before you have a chance to even change into your bathing suit, you’re sick beyond belief? You’re stuck in the bathroom sick to your stomach for half of your stay.

why would you WANT to be sick over losing your things?? Well atleast I dont get it!
1I would take almost anything over a stomach bug. I haven't thrown up since I was 8!
2I'd rather lose my things, for sure! I always buy new stuff on vacation anyway. Who doesn't?
3That — Half of your honeymoon is spent attached to the toilet bowl would definitely be worse. You can always buy clothes. Just pray that if this happened you were going to a beach. You could live in a bathing suit for a week.
4You usually get your things back eventually and heck it could be fun to go out and buy a few things!
5Hello you can just buy some clothing where ever your at... Being sick for your honeymoon.. not soo good
6It depends on what I packed. If my favorite pair of shoes were in that bag, I'd take being sick for a few days over losing my shoes.
7Being sick would be a zillion times worse.
8whoever picked not having clothes over being sick is a moron.
9Ahhhhh! I read the question the wrong way! I thought the question was which of these two awful situation would you rather have happen to you, and I picked to lose my stuff! I'll rub my tummy and cry and whine before I'll throw up. YUCK!
10you can always buy new clothes...
11I accidentally voted for this but I meant to vote for that! Haha. If you only have a week for your honeymoon, you could definitely just go to the stores in the area and buy some basics (a few shirts, maybe a pair or two of bottoms) to last you the rest of your trip. It does suck but at least you'll be able to go out and enjoy yourself!
12I think people get confused on this. They choose 'This' meaning you would rather have your clothes lost then get sick but they should be choosing 'That' to say that it would be worse then just losing your clothes.
I doubt anyone actually mean to say that losing their clothes would be worse then getting sick.
13OMG I thought I was the only one that read the questions wrong! Glad I'm not...I'd rather lose clothes than have a stomach bug. The bf's great about taking care of me when I'm sick, but I haaaaate throwing up. I turn red, cry and my nose runs. I also have bursted blood vessels in my eyes when throwing up (never eat cold Little Caesar's cheesey bread).
14getting sick is way worse!
you a) should be naked the entire time anyway and b) have an excuse to go shopping!
15I like your thinking skigurl! Definitely naked the entire time!! haha
16THIS..you can always buy clothes...DOUBLE bonus...shopping and a trip!
17ooooh...is the other way around...I thought the question was..what would you rather happen...OF COURSE being sick (THAT) is worse!!!
18I read it as That being worse than losing you clothes.
19I agree, especially if you're honeymooning near a beach, you'll be either naked or half naked the whole time anyway!
losing your clothes is SO an excuse for shopping. =)
20I would rather be sick I think. At least I could drag my lifeless body to the pool. Plus, I have too many things I need that i HAVE to have, like my contact solution, perfect fitting bikini, etc.
21Ok, I still don't get these questions, are we picking which one we wouldn't want to happen, or which one we WOULD want to happen over the other one....but, being sick is worse.
22If the luggage doesn't arrive, you can always improvise, but a new toothbrush, clothes, etc. for the trip...but you can't do anything about being sick.
Oh and I like the girls hair in the picture, hahahahha, lol! I guess its supposed to be "sick" hair, but I like it. LOL
23That.
24"Would it be worse if . . ."
25You could buy new clothes but nothing ruins a trip like illness.
26I've done the whole lost-luggage-on-trip thing. It's certainly not the end of the world, you can always buy more clothes (though if you're on, say, a cruise as I was, it's HORRIBLY overpriced--but still better than nothing), and even if you can't, you can still enjoy your vacation... I'd rather relax in my underwear than be sick... any day.
27Who needs clothes during a honeymoon
that's like THE moment to get it on so why
would I worry about clothes
28both has happened to me before (not on my honeymoon luckily) and i gotta say i was more upset about losing all of my fav. things than vomiting all day. some things i bring around with me are irreplaceable (souvenirs from places etc.) but a stomach bug is temporary
29I ALWAYS vote wrong on these things. My brain is backwards is something. lol
30I ALWAYS vote wrong on these things. My brain is backwards or something. lol
31My best friend and her hubbie were both sick during their honeymoon (first her, then him) - but they said it was a great 'ice breaker' and they came out of it happier than ever.
32Hmm, it'd probably be less worse to lose your luggage; you can always buy something to wear, and puking sucks. But if you got sick, you could always really make up for the lost time when you get back!!
33who needs clothes? its your honeymoon people!
34Don't you spend most of your time naked on your honeymoon anyway, lol... I rather have no clothes than be sick. At least you can get more stuff.
35I'd rather lose luggage, you can buy more.
36That was tough b/c my luggage didn't make it to Venice and we were set to leave on a Mediterranean cruise for 2 weeks. It came 4 days later in Athens but we missed out on a lot because we didn't have appropriate clothes for formal nights and no swim suits for the pool. Those first few days were hard!
37How about if your husband leaves you while you are on your honeymoon?
Am I the only one who thinks the "This or That" questions are the most pointless things ever?
38Oh I voted wrong! I meant of course that it would be worse to be attached to the toilet, I mean you could buy new clothes!
39I always vote wrong on these things! I don't think I've ever done it right. I'd rather lose my clothes than be sick.
40I think the This or That should be reworded. Half the people on the site (myself included) read it the wrong way. Or don't read it and just assume that This or That means "which would you rather have happen to you?"
41Just my two cents.
I'd love to have to buy all new clothes and spend most of my time naked.
42ugh-
our first attempt at a honeymoon resulted me with a 103 degree fever and flu bug in the airport; needless to say we didn't make it on the plane.
our 2nd attempt- we got there fine! on the first day a beer bottle fell out of the mini fridge, shattered on the marble floor and glass flew up into my knee. finding a REAL doctor to sew me up in a 3rd world country was the scariest thing. 17 stitches later...ugh
i don't think i'll ever try to vacation with my man again!!!
43I would rather loose my clothes, U can always get more clothes...but if your sick you can't do much about it..
44I plan on doing a lot of shopping anyway, and my Husband would be completely fine with us not having clothes at any point, lol.. as long as we had room service and some robes..
45you can always buy new clothes and accessories. but u cant have the time u lose. a honeymoon is damn special. i'd rather lose all my sh*t than having barf sex. lol
