Yesterday Honeymoon Fiasco Francesca asked me for advice on how she and her fiance could compromise on their honeymoon destination because she wanted to relax and he wanted to explore. Since I've never been married, I can only imagine how hard it must be to agree on where to go for your honeymoon, not to mention agreeing on everything that comes a long with planning a vacation. When the time comes for me to make such decisions, I'll be all for relaxing and getting pampered, but what about you? Would you prefer a relaxing or adventurous honeymoon?

100% relaxing!!!
1A little bit of both! Relaxing on a beach and then maybe go scubadiving and explore caves.
2I love the beach, but I want to play, I don't just want to sit! Water skiing, surfing lessons and scuba diving!

4I thought I wanted both, but the one day we set aside for relaxing on the beach was BORING. I wished we'd signed on for another day of scuba. I guess we're too active and adventurous to sit on beach chairs all day long.
5My dream honeymoon is to go to Egypt (still don't have the husband part figured out, but whatever!) where you can explore ancient ruins and take a beach break. Best of both worlds if I do say myself!
6To me, a honeymoon is like a vacation and I never take a vacation unless I get to see new things! My fiance and I are going out west for an action-packed two weeks!
7I'm going to Africa next year for my honeymoon. We're going to spend most the time on safari but have saved the last couple days for the beach.
8My boyfriend and I plan on going to Japan. It's the #1 place on both of our lists.
9A little bit of both though I'd need a little more of the relaxing part.
10i'd want 2 weeks in italy so i'd want to be exploring new cities and towns, but at a leisurly pace- and taking time to enjoy all the good food and wine. so not the usual frenzied european vacation!

12The only thing I want to do on my honeymoon is lay on a beach and then go to bed...the only adventures happening will be under the sheets....

Both of course. One day at the beach please and then a hike the next day. Maybe climb some Mayan pyramids or some sailing around the area. I need it all.
