You really never know when, where, or how you will meet Mr. Right. I've offered up my fair share of advice on where eligible men could be hiding, but it's important to do your part, too. Of course being approachable is crucial, but so is being the best you at all times — you know, just in case! Now I've never been one to put on my face so to speak before leaving the house, but I have some friends that are perfectly coiffed at all times, even if they're just going to the gym or running to the store to buy eggs. So what about you? Do you aim to look your best at all times, keeping a lipstick and compact close by, just in case you bump into a possible suitor?

I like to look my best, but not because I think I might bump into Mr. Right. I can't for instance go out of the house if I have a spot and it's not covered up, but that's just habitual!
1I believe you fall for someone over time, but they better like me for who I am, not what I look like!
I do have my lazy appearance days, but I try to put on at least some mascara and decent clothes if I leave the house. I never had the thought of meeting someone when doing that though...
2I put on eye make up before I go to the gym. It's not to attract men, it's to keep me looking semi-sane. I look like a crazy woman when I'm tired.
3I look like a completely different person when my eyes aren't defined with liner, so I almost always have it on if I'm leaving the house.
4I don't wear make up to work, if I'm going out for dinner or drinks with friends, I get ready and do my hair and make up and look good, but for the office, I guess I don't work with anyone I need to impress, I think I should raise my standards a bit, so I can look good for myself.
5I can't imagine wearing makeup or having my hair covered in product at the gym. But I work out pretty hard, and I sweat enough to show for it. Probably a lot more attractive than the makeup running down my face anyway.
6I do make sure I'm "prepared" when I go out, because the times I'm not, are the times I run into exes. It never fails.
7Honestly, I live in fear of Stacy and Clinton, more than any eligible bachelor.
8i hardly ever leave the house without makeup done & halfway decent clothes, but not because of any possible dates. i just feel self-conscious if i don't feel like i look at least halfway okay in public.
9I am always prepared for everything, and always looking my best - for Mr Right & everyone! I like to make a good impression.
10Always prepared
11Lol jillerin! I agree!
I'd be lying if I said that I dressed up and looked my best all the time when I go out. If I just need to run to the store or something for one thing I definitely don't bother to put on makeup and all of that. I never wear makeup to the gym, mainly because I sweat a lot or I end up doing something like lap swimming anyways. I have more important things to do than worry about what people or single men are thinking about me
12On a usual day I'd put on lipstick at the most, sometimes I don't even go to that much effort. Eh, I don't know, I feel weird and feel like I look weird with makeup. Maybe I'm just too used to the sensation of nothing on my face except sunscreen. On special occasions I might add eye makeup and maybe I'd wear contacts.
I do go to more effort playing around with mixing and matching clothes and shoes. But I think some of my creations get a lot of weird looks from people.
13I used to do that actually. And I always looked my best. I met Mr. Right! He told me that he thought I never wore the same thing twice and I always looked pretty. etc. So I know it worked. Don't get me wrong I still look my best for him everyday!
14The only thing I make sure of before leaving the house is that I'm fully clothed. Otherwise, I don't give a sh*t.
First of all, I have a boyfriend so it's not like I'm looking.
And even if I were looking, I'd be looking for a guy who didn't want a girl covered in makeup and wearing the latest fashions.
15I'm not quite so fussy when in a relationship. But if you're single, or if you've split up with someone, you've definitely got to make the effort because love can turn up in the most mysterious places - you never know if somebody amazing is around the corner and you want to make your best impression!
16I like looking good no matter what I do. I do it for me not anyone else.
I don't get why people get so hung up on women who wear makeup to the gym. Its a personal choice. And Personally, I don't like looking at mirrior for 1.5 to 2 hours thinking that I look like crap. Its not like even wear that much makeup. I wash my face add a little moisturizer, a light ammount of illuminating blush and freshen up my eye makeup. If that makes me want to go to the gym and workout so be it.
17Not in the sense that I have loads of makeup on or spend hours on my outfit every time I go out, but I know I can always invoke charm just in case I run into a potential guy
18Makeup to run to the store or gym? No way. If I meet someone at the gym or grocery store and they're not attracted to me because of the way I look...then they're NOT Mr. Right.
19"I don't get why people get so hung up on women who wear makeup to the gym."
I think that the impression it gives off is that you're at the gym to look for a man, not to work out. And I think that some people find that annoying.
Obviously it's judgmental to feel that way but it's one way of looking at it.
