No matter how much time we might enjoy spending with our significant others, having a job, school, friends, and a family inevitably keeps us away at least some of the time. And though a little time to yourself can be a good thing, it’s always nice to be able to keep in touch as you go about your daily business. Fortunately, this age of technology makes it all too convenient to do so, so ladies, tell me, how do you communicate when you’re not together?

We usually text, occasionally call. He teaches tennis, so when he's on court, he can't exactly be walking around talking on the phone, but he can sneak in a text here and there.
1My fiance and I IM while he's at work, when he can. If I'm visiting my parents or something and I'm away for a week we just usually call each other to catch up.
2we text maybe a couple times a day, but usually just catch up whenever we see each other at night. if we're not going to see each other that day, then we'll call a couple times throughout the day.
3Me and my on-off bf are texting gurus!!!!
4Calls throughout the day. He's home most of the day and calls to know what I want for dinner, etc.
5my bf texts ALL the time. I like the fact that we keep in touch but I hate not hearing his voice .... I told him a billion times, but i guess he just doesn't get it.
6We IM back and forth. It's nice to be able to share everything with him right away!
7Whiel I am @ work I usually text or msn or use work e-mail to communicate!
Sometimes I call, btu I hate everyone hearing my convos!
8we usually text, but if hes away for a few days we write love letter

10IM
11If we're not apart for that long, there's not much communication. If one of us is gone for a long time on a trip or the like, we call either other about once a day.
12Cell phone bill sky-rockets!
13My fiance is away alot so we text alot, like throughout the entire day. And when he is away, no matter what time it is we always do a video chat on our MacBooks when he is in for the night. Same way when im away since I travel quite a lot too.
14We talk on the phone at least twice a day...sometimes we text too, but not usually.
15honestly i hate dating....so id say....he cna deal with it and wit to talk to me til he gets bak!!
16Call but keep it to about 30 mins or less.
17calls, texts ...i'm considering web cam? lol
18me and my boy are long distance
I just got off of video chat w/ my bf. He's 12 hours away for the next month, cramming in a bunch of summer school classes back home. Normally we text, and I'll sometimes call him on my lunch break, but thank goodness for video chat when he's so far away!!
19We text and call.
20we text practically every day and call each other every couple of days and leave each other crazy funny voicemails
21My bf and I range from being about 45 min. commute apart within the same city, to a 10 hour plane ride apart across the world. So we communicate with all of the following:
1) texts
222) Skype
3) snail mail - letters, cards, etc.
4) email
5) phone calls
Mostly phone calls a couple of times a day when either of us is free and soemtimes we text.
23we text or email throughout the day, I have a blackberry and he has a Helio, and we talk at the beginning and end of each day! (and sometimes in between if he gets a break, he's usually the one traveling for work)
24He's a train conductor so every week he leaves for a few days at a time. We text a couple times a day, sometimes a phone call.
25My boyfriend and I have been apart for 4 months now because I'm studying in Argentina while he's still back in the States. We've got one more month to go and obviously with the international distance we can't call each other every day (well, maybe if we were rich) and saving everything until we see each other isn't an option, haha. But nightly email updates on what's going on, a weekly phone call, and a few letters (the highlight, in my opinion) are what we use. It'll be great to be able to communicate in person once I'm back though!
26text baby!
27MSN, text and phone. we talk via all that when i go abroad for my holidays or shopping.
