Nose jobs, liposuction, breast implants — they're as popular nowadays as getting a cavity filled and while I'm all for anything that helps improve a person's self-esteem,
I'm not so sure how I feel about surgery to improve your sex life. I had no idea, but there are a plethora of different vaginal cosmetic surgeries you can have. There's labiaplasty, a procedure that reshapes the outside of your vagina, making your inner or outer labia smaller or larger depending on your preference. You can also have G-Shots for G-Spot Amplification, Designer Vaginoplasty, to make your vagina look more anatomically perfect, Clitoral Unhooding, or Vaginal Tightening — ouch!!
I'm quite happy with my va-jay-jay just the way it is so I wouldn't dream of having surgery down there, but how do you feel about it? Would you ever have reconstructive surgery on your lady parts in the hopes that it would improve your sex life?

Personally... no. But I won't stop the next lady. I'm just not a surgery kinda of person.
1No way.
2Never!
3sounds a tad extreme to me.
4I can understand why someone would do it - I've read about women whose labias actually interfered with everyday life! (They couldn't wear jeans, or exercise comfortably.) But personally, I can't imagine doing it, and would be terrified of the possible complications.
5Ummmm....no. I'm with sundaygreen, seems a tad extreme.
6Absolutely. Just like I'd get reconstructive surgery on my face after a car accident, I'd fix up my vagina if it needed it.
7I couldn't imagine doing this. I saw it on Dr. 90210 and thought it was so weird.
8Nevah.
9In a word......No.
10I've already thought about having this done. Not to improve my sex life but just to improve me.*(!TMI ALERT!)* When I had my son, I was literally ripped a new one. My vagina has never looked the same and I would love to try to get it corrected. I'm sure it would improve my sex life a little because I wouldn't be so self-conscience about it anymore. So, for me, this is a definite yes!
11Maybe...after many a child!
12Not.
13Aren't there exercises you can do to tighten up
14I've had breast augmentation surgery and it is one of the best things I ever did for myself. The amount of confidence it has given me is priceless. However, I did it for myself 100%. I was single and had been single for over a year when I took the plunge so I'll never regret doing it for the wrong reason or from the pressure of someone else.
So... if the surgery is to improve her OWN sexuality, then absolutely go for it. If it's about pleasing men more (even if its your forever husband), then NO. It is never a good idea to make such altering decision for someone else... Also, always do TONS of research. All surgeries have risk and it is also important to have a realistic expectation. Perfection is a very impractical goal.
Just my 2 cents..
15It depends on the circumstances... I don't say no to anything. But to think about it for right now, heck no.
16unless it was because of something like childbirth, i don't see the point...other than significant others, your doctor(who has probably seen more va-jay-jays than you can count anyway), and yourself who's going to see it?
and if it's that hard to look at, it only matters how it feels anyway, not how it looks right??
17Definitely not.
18hmmm I can see why a woman would do it. But for me? Right now NO!
19Nope, as long as all of my 'girl' parts are in working order, then I'm not going to put myself thru any pain to make my sex life any better. I believe it could be better by communicating with my mate and keeping things interesting and make sure we are both pleased. Nuff said!
20No!
21No way. I think they're ugly anyways so I cant understand spending money to make it "prettier"
Give me a nose/boob/lipo job anyday, but not this.
22If i had a lot of money and i had a lot of kids (more than 3 or 4 naturally) and I wasn't enjoying the sex anymore i would consider vaginal tightening.
23I would certainly consider it if I had things go really badly in childbirth. But it would have to be pretty bad.
24If it bothered me that much, sure.
25well if after having children it was loose or deformed, i would definitely consider it. not for my man, but for myself. which in turn would def improve my confidence and thenmy sex life.
26Only if something was severely & unsexily deformed. Sex is between the ears.
27Only if it hurt to have sex or for other everyday life. It's not something I would do just for the hell of it.
28Not necessary. Why gild the lily?
Also, I'm child-free by choice, so there's little
possibility I would need to restore it.
29Personally, some of those surgeries sound painful. I don't think I'd get any of them done, because they sound scary.
30Umm never! If your vagina is loose, do some kegel exercises or something. As for the large labia, who cares? People have to learn to love themselves more. I know a lot of porn stars get the labia reduction thing, but I think it is pointless and gross.
31I agree that people need to learn to love themselves, but for the people who can't even enjoy sex because they are so self concious of their downstairs... why not?
32It all depends for me...so I can't say No right now
