Twenty-year-old dancer Robert Muraine is not exactly engaging in partner-friendly dancing. (Unless his partner was Bai "Ding a" Ling.) This contestant on So You Think You Can Dance? is entertaining, no doubt, but he's kinda freaking me out. It's like someone crossed Jerry Lewis from The Nutty Professor with a jellyfish. Is this the future of dance?!

I saw this last week on the show and loved it! Not ballroom or salsa, etc but FUN!
1Yeah that was AMAZING! I'm pretty sure my mouth was gaping open, unkowningly, the whole time I watched it.
2Yeah, he is pretty amazing! I saw him on the Ellen Degeneres show a few weeks ago. I don't think this is the 'future' of dance though. This style has been around all along in underground videos and raves for a while now.
3It looks like he has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome- a sometimes life threatening disease that affects the collagen in the joints and skin.
4Wow...that's not dancing. That's performance art, and he's got great natural talent.
