The Museum of Bad Art, located in a basement somewhere in Massachusetts, describes itself as "a unique institution dedicated to the celebration of artistic effort, however misguided." And by misguided, they mean ill conceived, misshapen, and ridiculously cute. I'm a fan of so-bad-they're-good movies, books, and music. Why not art? Creepy-cute is where it's at!
