Typically, women's orgasms require clitoral or vaginal stimulation, or a creative combination of the two. However, some lucky ladies don't need to involve their pelvic regions whatsoever to have a mind-blowing orgasm. A head massage, some gentle kissing on the neck, or even thinking about sex can send some women into a glorious oh-explosion! It's called an extragenital orgasm, or spontaneous orgasm, wherein a woman can climax without any genital contact. 
She still feels the pleasurable muscular contractions in her nether regions but doesn't need to be touched there in order for it to happen.
Some women have this type of orgasm when they are touched on a sensitive part of their bodies, such as the breasts or inner thighs. It can also happen during certain types of exercise, like sit ups or backbends, where a woman uses muscles below her waist. A spontaneous orgasm can also happen after a woman has already had a traditional orgasm; it's like an extra piece of chocolate after an ice cream sundae. Although nocturnal orgasms are in a category all their own, they're still a form of a spontaneous orgasm, since they involve the brain and don't necessary involve genital contact.

6I think they featured this on an episode of Grey's Anatomy. For the woman on the show, it was very invasive and embarrassing because she would have orgasms at random times in public, and there was nothing she could do to control it. I wouldn't call this being lucky.

As for spontaneous orgasms...I LOVE head massages and neck kisses! I've never had spontaneous orgasms, though my boyfriend has claimed to hear questionable moans when I'm sleeping...with a satisfied smile.

22Not sure. I've had hot flashes thinking about sex but never the spontaneous orgasm while I'm awake. Nothing feels as intense as the physically induced orgasm from sex or masturbation. My husband says I moan in my sleep as well.

31i have spontaneous orgasms pretty regularly. at least once a day. literally, literally, just from thinking about sex or the person i am intimate with. i typically run through scenarios in my mind and it gets me going pretty quick. the cool thing is, you can kind of control them... the same way you might be able to hold out on your orgasm a little bit longer during sex. so if they come at innopportune times, i just sort of ignore them:]
32OK,so i must be the only woman than can have spontaneous orgasms from many places on my body. Neck, ears, breasts, back of the knee, feet. There are others that require more intimate description and yet are not genital specific, more like genital region spots.
