Are you having brunch with your mom this Sunday to celebrate Mother's Day? Although that seems to be the most common way people spend this holiday, my mom and I have never done brunch. We're dinner people, although we do spend the afternoon doing whatever she wants to do — as it should be, it's her day! So now that we know what you all are getting your moms for Mother's Day, why don't you tell us how you're going to spend it!

Considering my mom lives several states away, I will phone her.
2I sent my mom a gift card to a spa in the city where I live. She'll be up her with her sister next month, so I thought we'd all go for a mini-spa day.

My husband will be fishing so I will be alone with my two girls. Got to love Minnesota holding Fishing Opener on Mothers Day weekend. But I am sure my mom, grandma and myself (&girls) will probably hit up brunch before my mom hits the links.
5My mother passed away when I was young, but my friend's mom is seriously like a mother to me. She's awesome, so I'm probably going to get her a card and some flowers. I love her. :]
6well first im flying to toronto, them im gonna take my mom and sister(shes a young mom too) out to brunch
my friend and her sis wanna take their mom to the same place we're going, and our moms our friends too so i think we'll do it all together
7My mom's birthday is the day before so we will see.

This is the 1st Mother's Day since she passed in January, so it will be kind of sad for all of us, but we will be there for Mom and I am looking forward to it!

13I'm getting my wisdom teeth out the day before, so she'll be taking care of me
14Brunch this year though usually it's dinner. My mom asked if I would make cinnamon rolls for my grandma which I thought was kinda cute. Note to self...find recipe!!!

16im spending it with my boyfriend's mom since my mom had past away 2 yrs ago and im not a mom.. .yet
17My folks and I will be spending it up in the mountains, no family lunch this year, strangely. I feel kinda old for travelling with my parents but it makes mom happy so, what the hell.
18I'm going to mom and dad's on Sunday morning and then we are either going to meet my grandparents and uncles and treating my mom and gma to lunch/dinner. Or my grandparents and uncles are coming up to my parent's house and we are grilling out and enjoying the day on the deck (maybe swimming or hot tubbing! -- depending on the weather lol)
19I am currently on the other side of the world from her, but I did send her a really cute card
