That looks pretty cruel, the cat's obviously stressed. In 13 years Iv'e never felt the need to bath my cats, they don't smell and they're not dirty. Dogs who get muddy I can see but not cats.
I've definitely bathed mine. My Bonnie Bell likes to go out and roll in the dirt and mud and just manages to get absolutely everything all over her. Luckily, both my kitties are pretty good
about bathing and I've learned some tricks to keep them calm.
