This appeared in a 1959 Batman comic titled, "The Marriage of Batman and Batwoman." Once Bruce Wayne disclosed his superhero secret to his new wife, she wanted in on the action. I sure hope the scene above is depicting our newlyweds in the act of role-playing with Batman posing as The Joker for a change. Cuz his blatant sexism is villainous and downright detestable. If not, Kathy needs to take off like a Batmobile outta hell and annul this union before it's too late. For more on the story, click here.

a womans place is in the the home..
It's worked for centuries .... if it's not broke don't fix it
Although in our society women feel they have to be like the men and do whatever they can to over shadow men and make grunting noises in a feminine manner..and read cosmo to get a false sense of security and to widen the double standard divide
Ugh
Makes me sick
1Eww!!! I will avoid deriding the comment above because I would not be able to control my anger. I hope they are kidding. The comic reflects a different time and the mentalities of the writers. Poor Batwoman she should have kicked his bat butt for that line.
2So apparently a woman's place really is in the home? Says who? A man? Give me a break. Any man who's threatened by being overshadowed by a woman is obviously insecure or just isn't as competent...
3A *lot* of the old comics were like this, including Wonder Woman.
"It's worked for centuries .... if it's not broke don't fix it"
Um, well ACTUALLY, it WAS broken, ASS. *rolls eyes*
