It's kind of like the philosophy at McDonalds', I guess. They try to keep the food at the same quality and consistency at every restaurant, but in this case they reuse the animation in each film.
The guys who made McDonalds a big chain actually looked up to Walt Disney, because he was like, a marketing genius.
