When something goes wrong in our lives, it's not uncommon to play the blame game. Often having someone to blame makes us feel better and more in control, and while some of us blame others, a lot of us out there blame ourselves. While it's important to acknowledge your flaws, it's never healthy to beat yourself up over things — especially those things you have no control over. So are you too hard on yourself? Take this quiz and find out!

Reasonable and Rational
Not only do you give yourself credit for a job well done, but you also let yourself make a mistake every once and a while without getting flustered. Keep it up!
Sounds like me!!
1As I've gotten older, I've realized that it's okay to make mistakes some times...I definitely don't beat myself up for it. But I used to be too hard on myself.
2I didn't need a quiz to tell me that I'm too hard on myself. My parents and teacher have been telling me that for years. I've gotten better about it, but I'm not to "reasonable and rational" yet. I'm a classic perfectionist.

6Not Tough Enough
You'll never be accused of beating yourself up over something, which is good. But, you have a tendency to place responsibility and fault on other people even when you're the one to blame — this will end up pushing people away, so be careful
