Dear Sugar
I always get deodorant marks on my clothes and I hate it. I’ve tried a few of the clear kinds, but I feel like they aren’t nearly as effective for my B.O. Do you know of any helpful tricks to help me remove the white streaks? Marked Up Mallory

Try Gal Pal Garment Deodorant Remover. These little foam sponge pads are awesome. A few strokes with them and traces of your anti-perspirant is history! They are sold in a package of two for $11.
If you need a quick fix before they arrive, try gently rubbing the marked garment with a damp facecloth doused in Dove (the white kind) Soap. Rinse and repeat. This works well, but it will leave you with a wet mark until the area dries.
I wouldn’t steer you wrong; this purchase is a no-brainer. Gal Pal Garment Deodorant Remover works like a charm and the pads are soft, so they won’t pill or damage your clothing like scrubbing will. They’ve even developed The Travel Gal Pal for the gal on the go. It comes in a package of one double sided pad ($8).

These look interesting, but shouldn't it be in Fabsugar instead of Dearsugar? I want to read about spazzy mother-in-laws and unplanned pregancy scares LOL
1They just look like regular sponges on the pictures.
2HA! Panty hose work just as well, I guarantee you all. Just bundle some old hose in your hand tightly and rub the garmet hard and fast.
3LOL, Kylake, me too.
4if you want a really quick fix and don't have the sponges around, just rub the garmet together. that has worked for me for years! This works bests on silks and smoother clothes, but it also works well with cotton.
5Dont you hate it when you go shopping and are about to try on a garment that someone left deodorant stains on! I HATE HATE THAT SOOO MUCH!
6It is gross...I can not touch it once I see that.
7hte best is to rub your clothes with another fabric. deoderant is designed to absorb water - even if it is on your clothes. try puttting your deoderant on once your clothes are already on.
