While technically being at the wrong place at the wrong time, a 15-year-old hometown hero was exactly where she needed to be. It's unclear why Amanda Rouse was on a bus full of elementary school kids when she was supposed to be in class — a high school class. But thankfully, she was ready to take hold of the wheel when the bus driver fell out of her seat (wtf?) and lost control. Our champ saved the day and what did she get in return? A Saturday detention.
