Rita Mae Brown, author of the classic lesbian coming-of-age novel Rubyfruit Jungle has been writing books from the perspective of animals for a while. (Who knew?!) You know how I feel about cats, so I had to feature a book about a mystery-solving cat! Awesome! And it's called, naturally, The Purrfect Murder. That is, purrfect until a cat gets into the mix!

OMG! I'm so glad you guys found these...She has written several with the help of Sneaky Pie(her cat)There is also a series called "The Cat Who..." by Lillian Jackson Braun. And the Cats in this series help solve the mysteries..both series are lots of fun to read!
