2I havent lived in NY for years so I don't know much about him other than what my relatives there tell me (they are not fans)... but I find it interesting to hear from BOTH sides that this guy was pretty much univerally disliked! Thats really surprising... I think there are few people who are disliked by the opposite party and their own party...

7You know part of me wants to say YEAH TAKE THAT b*tch! But on the other hand the more reasonable side of me can't help but understand that likely 99% of us has done or will do something in our life time that we are ashamed of. He just happened to be caught in the public eye.

11I never paid much attention to state based NY news (haven't lived in NY in years) and wasn't too familiar with Spitzer beside him being a very "moral" and a smart guy. I really feel for his wife and daughters, because of his selfishness they have to put up with all this scandal and humiliation, did he not think of them or the people he was serving when he was indulging in these activities? Did he not think he would get caught, he knew all the rules but he clearly thought he was above it. The irony in the add kills me lol.
