When I'm playing by my rules, I try to eat well, go to bed early, and exercise, but come on, rules are meant to be broken, right! Since it's Friday and most of you will be letting loose this weekend, do tell, how are you planning on breaking your rules? If you're anything like me, you'll be hitting your neighborhood Mexican restaurant for some chips, guac, and a big margarita!

Forte Forte
Decleor
Polo Ralph Lauren
I'll be spending all of sunday drinking lots and lots of green beer. (and other alcoholic drinks until i cant stand up straight
)
1(but a margarita sounds amazing right now, maybe ill make myself one (or 2) tonight since the bf wont be home)
2Margaritas are my absolute FAVORITE. You are making me thirsty!. I will be celebrating St. Patty's Day hard core this weekend. urmomm, Don't worry Margarita's are GREEN perfect excuse!
3I'm like you...nothing like mexican and margaritas!
4Besides staying up late eating pizza and going to an improv show and an opera this weekend... I have to study lots. I have two finals Monday, one on Tuesday, and one on Wednesday. Shucks.
5Mmm, cold sake and sushi. Nothing better.
6eww. cold sake?
well, i kinda eat what i want all the time. okay, i'm a piggy.
so, i don't know what would qualify for this.
7dulce de leche cheesecake
8fresh hot moist brownies with vanilla ice cream
cinnimon rolls
=)
yummm
Um...Chipotle chicken burrito (My usual Saturday lunch after a long bike ride). I guess i'm like Asia84...I eat whatever I want to eat, I just make sure its in moderation.
9I'm not sure what question we're answering here.
I don't have any food regulations or a bed time. I am on an exercise schedule because I'm training for a triathlon, but if I weren't I'd only exercise if I felt like it. So I don't know how to let loose if you don't really constrict yourself normally.
I do love me some margaritas and guac, though. But I'll have that mid-week, too.
10Friday nights I sometimes get myself Vietnamese takeout and watch movies at home, maybe have a beer or two, especially after a LONG night last night and 2 hours of sleep
I always love margaritas and chips and salsa/guac. YUM! That might be my Sunday.
11I love to go out with my husband and friends and have some drinks...always a great way to end the week and blow off some steam.
12I'm going bowling tonight! I haven't been in years
13I'm in the painful process of learning that "letting loose" means I will end up drinking to excess and saying and doing stupid sh*t that I regret. I think I will pass on letting loose from now on!
14I don't drink and stuff so I guess when I "let loose" I stay in bed all day in my pj's and eat all kinds of junk food anything I want at any time oooh maybe I'll go to the mall and pick up a cinnabon haven't had one of those in a long time
15It's my birthday Sunday and we are celebrating it Saturday night so I'll FOR SURE
16WOOOPS pressed enter too soon.. I meant I'll for sure be breaking allllll the rules hehehehe
17I'm going to be a kill joy for just a moment.
Actually, I really like to exercise and eat healthy. I don't want to take a break from it.
The only time I take a break from my habits is during the holidays, when we have those holiday meals. Also, during this time, we're out of town visiting family, and I'm unable exercise as much I want.
18julie I'm on the same page as you. After last weekend I've vowed not to drink for a month. I've let myself get a little out of control so no letting loose this weekend with booze. Me and the boy are taking 'er easy this weekend. But on Friday's I USUALLY let loose with the vodka, which is where I think my problem lies. lol And I always let myself eat pretty much whatever I want on the weekends that said, I'm usually a pretty healthy eater no matter what.
19Just got in from party number one (where I was able to beat a few guys at tipsy cups!) and I'm off to number two tomorrow. Tonight was the St. Patty's celebration, with green beer, sexy shamrocks and a green feather boa that wouldn't stop shedding. I'll be dancing (and have) the night away with my girl friends!
