Will.i.am's last pro-Obama video went viral in a matter of seconds — so we're pouncing on his newest offering: "We Are One."
Starring Jessica Alba, Zoe Kravitz, Kerry Washington, and Ryan Phillippe in a passionate stump for Obama, it may be the next big thing. What do you think? Is it as powerful as the last? Were you chanting along?

I like the last one better. This one actually creeped me out with the chanting.
1Leguizamo! And Regina King — I love her.
2I liked the other one better.
3I liked the other one better.... the Obama chanting creeps me out. Even though I like the guy. Just not a fan of the chanting.
4I just wonder when 50-cent will do one for Hillary, and will she be in it?
In the words of Pink, "What happened to the dreams of a girl president? She's dancing in the video next to 50-cent."
5Seriously, I never had anything against Obama, I don't agree with 99% of his policy, but I don't see him as a creepy politician. But his supporters (not all) and these videos really really creep me out. And to me, they make him seem less credible.
6The chanting is bad.
7I am an Obama supporter, but I agree cine_lover, all of this worship has me a bit creeped out and makes me wonder if it's going to hurt his chances.
8Totally lame. The cool thing about the Yes We Can video was that it was a amazingly powerful speech that was moving and inspiring on its own...the music and repetition of the main phrase only intensified it.
9This, however, is just plain stupid. And I really don't care what spoiled rotten celebrities want in a president. I'm fairly certain their struggles are vastly different from mine and those of the average American voter.
And I really wish there were an "I absolutely detest it" option on the poll. I feel my response is significantly more negative than "Meh." lol
10I loved it!
11I agree SugarCat. Sometimes hype this strong, and such a fanatical fan base, can do more harm than good.
12I like the guy, but lord I hate these videos. Alba, your kid's gonna be just fine. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
13I think the video sort of underscores the arguments that he's all frills and no substance. Note: I'm not saying I agree with those arguments, just that the video is really nothing but fluff. Did his campaign really put this out?
14THEO THEO THEO!!!! Did anyone see him???
15I liked the very beginning with the 'We are one', 'We are the ones' but tbh the chanting was a bit creepy, sounded too much like blind faith and worship.
16I really like Yes We Can...this one is just okay.
17Well, it'sn not Obama's campaign who are making these, it is Will.I. Am.
18celebs who genuinely want to help a politician need to listen to Clooney and back off - it is a huge vote killer to have celebs endorsing you. (Notice Oprah backed way off after giving Obama a begining boost)
It partly killed Kerry.
19jessica alba's like, um deep comments make this embarrassing and low-brow. why is she the first person who speaks if she can't say anything eloquent or intelligent? yes, we know you're pregnant-- so NOW you want to save the earth? One thing I can't stand is how celebs lives suddenly are transformed by the epiphanies of parenthood and pregnancy. dur.
20and i agree, the chanting is creepy.
One more thing, if you ware making a celebrity video DON'T PUT ALBA in it - from what i have seen, seems like everyone can't stand her.
21Agreed, making his supporters sound obsessive isn't going to help him. People will get sick of stuff like this really fast. And the chanting is really creepy. lol
22i preferred the last one because it was just such an amazing speech, but this one was nice too.
23I LOVED IT, because I am a CHANTING, OBSESSED, CRAZY, supporter of Barack!!! But it wasn't as good as the other one, which had chanting in it too.
24Another thing is these videos are for people like me, to get us motivated to get out there and help him win. This is for the grassroots people of his campaign.
I liked the speech in the last one, too. It was very moving.
25"celebs who genuinely want to help a politician need to listen to Clooney and back off - it is a huge vote killer to have celebs endorsing you."
I agree!
There are a lot of very substantial reasons to vote for Obama, but celebrity endorsements just distract from that.
26geez! Obama is God now or what? this vid with the whole OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA OBAMA creeps the living crap out of me!
and i agree, putting celebs doesnt work.
i thought this vid was going to be awesome until i saw the second person in this vid!
glad to see Kate del Castillo though.
27I thought the last one was way more effective. Go Obama!
28I like Obama. I like the thought.
I just think... they're trying to make him a man of the people, and while I'm sure they think of themselves as people, they are celebs and alienate everyone else.
Also, I think the chanting is a little creepy.
29wow.. i guess the way to represent the average american is to put some uneducated celebs on a black and white commercial, and chant obama over and over..
i think this lessens his credibility. don't try to be trendy, and don't use celebs.. gag..
30also, the chanting creeps me out.
I think it's interesting that his campaign finally has a supporter making a bad video that could hurt him -- poor Hill's had so many well-intentioned supporters making horrible videos for her. It's a dilemma -- they can't tell supporters not to make videos, but sometimes they have the opposite effect than what was intended. They must just cringe inwardly when they see them.
31ugh, so many "they"s in that post. sorry. antecedants are your friends!
32Love it!!!!! Inspiring true and real. Obama is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!
33I don't think that the video will harm his campaign, but it certainly doesn't help it either. If Obama supporters don't want the rest of us to think they "drank the koolaid," creating videos with creepy chanting and b-level celebrities with dead eyes isn't going to help their cause.
34I really dislike it when people criticize celebrities for voicing their opinion on politics. We're allowed to do so and celebrities are just people like us who happen to be famous.
35skiwi.. celebs are people, but with a platform and influence that alot of them take advantage of.
36but what I'm saying is that whats wrong with that you know? Whats wrong with them using their wealth or their fame to voice their opinion on something their passionate about?
37This sounds like hours away from drinking Kool-aid. Really scary!
It shows that there is not a lot of rational thinking going on.
38skiwi? what's NOT wrong with that..
39so many of them cross the line, and so many of them really have no idea what they are backing (as shown in 2004). all people on a platform are held to a higher standard, and level of accountability. there is nothing wrong with supporting a politician, but the way they've done it in Hollywood takes it too far. it's also IMO damaging to that campaign (again shown in 2004). like i said, i think it's wrong to abuse that privilege, and i am referring to those who do.. i think people just need to be careful with what they put out there.
omg, yesterday on tv, eva longoria was supporting Hillary Clint, i was watching it with my friend and my friend said "omg, its eva, i love her, im not voting for barack anymore, i like eva better than jessica, im voting for hillary now" and i was like ..."dude, what the hell? dont ask me for a ride to go vote cause im not taking you."
you see, yea my friend is a dumb blonde and im pretty sure theres more dumb blondes out there who are gonna do the same.
40wow, haters...this is a video by an Obama supporter and people he knows (will.i.am) who want change too.
I heard him speak in May 07 at a rally in Oakland and he was rough and his speech flow was terrible but it didn't deter from his message and to everyone who thinks Oakland is a black ghetto, educate yourself and don't be ignorant because it is green, healthy, extremely diverse and educated and yes the are some bad neighborhoods just like most everywhere else. There were men, woman and children and the energy was unbelievable and BTW people chant at rallies, sporting events so stop watching so much tv where they make it seem like chanting = CULT. LOL. Just be open minded and use your passion to support your choice for president and refrain from the negativity, the ad had no bashing and yes it was celeb heavy and that's OK but don't let them sway you.
