A school bus carrying children overturned this morning in Prince George's County, Maryland.
Prince George's County police confirm that students and the bus driver were injured, and reports are now saying that 11 children and the driver were transported to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is not known at this time. This is the second school bus accident in Maryland this week.

3That's terrible. I went to undergrad at the Univ of Maryland in PG County and lived an hour north before that. So sad.

5Glad to hear eveyone should be ok. The scariest part for me, as a mom with school aged kids, is that statistically your child is still safer riding a bus than riding with you or another caregiver to and from school.
6I'm from PG County, I'm glad no one got seriously injured. I wonder what school they were headed to.
