Perhaps an organization devoted to abstinence should watch where it puts its quotation marks. Plus, what's up with all those conflicting "slogans"?

I am so confused! Is everything in quotations a "no" so no teens?, and "no drugs" does that mean yes drugs?
1I'm such a grammar freak that this van is giving me a headache. Overuse of unnecessary quotation marks is almost as bad as apostrophe abuse.
2Where did you find this? Dont you have any more information? If not I'd guess this is photoshopped
3I'm so with you kaenai, the poor use of quotation marks is so annoying. But it ends up being hilarious in a lot of circumstances, like this one. It cracks me up that it says "teens" in the exact same manner as "sex crimes".
4So many questions... what exactly are they trying to promote here? And why do they need a van for it, wouldn't a billboard do? Where are they traveling to, and how many people are they taking with them?
I have several comments. First of all, what?
Ok, now seriously:
Rape and child molestation ARE sex crimes.
What does "No Drugs" have to do with "No sex"? People have sex without drugs and vice versa.
What are they campaigning for? No sex? That would effectively end the human race. Or No sex policy? Now that I'm all for.
