There are some people who are so freakin' wacked out that you wonder if they were ever normal. When Gary Busey [1] rushed Jennifer Garner at the Oscars and told her he'd been waiting for ages to talk to her, she freaked out, but I was reminded of all of the video evidence of his nuttiness.
