Leave it to the Germans to turn a humble PSA into an existential art film. You'll be somewhat confused as the plot unfolds, but the payoff is utterly brilliant. Poor Mr. W — no one likes him because he's always doing annoying things like mussing their hair and turning umbrellas inside out. But then, he finds his purpose in life.
