The all mighty G spot has been debated for years, but new research is saying that it can actually be detected through an ultrasound. Since some women can achieve vaginal orgasms and some cannot, the pressure to find the G spot has been a constant bout of contention for men and women alike — until now.
New research published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine administered ultrasounds on 20 women, nine of who claimed to have vaginal orgasms, 11 of who could not. The ultrasound showed that in those nine women, the tissues between the vagina and the urethra was thicker than the other women, which some are saying could be the G spot. On the flip side, some doctors feel that thicker tissue might actually just be a part of the clitoris, debunking their previous finding.
So as you can see ladies, the debate continues. Is there a G spot or is there not? What do you think?

I'm sure there is one, but it wouldn't surprise me if not everyone has it.
1I chose "Other" because while I believe that some women can orgasm from it, I never have despite trying. I don't think it's so much of a matter of having it or not having it, I just don't think it's as easy to "use" haha
2While I can't speak for other women, I certainly don't believe in the existence of mine! It has yet to be discovered.
3Gotta agree with clarient here; no one's found mine yet, either.
4Well, I am one of the few that can actually orgasm by vaginal penetration... and I can't by clitoral stimulation
!
5So yeah, I believe in it...
I have the thicker, spongy tissue (or gspot) thing happening and vag orgasms, along with clitoral, are a regular thing.
Like ElizabethRae, I think not everyone has it.
6I know mine exists, but it would make perfect sense if not everyone had it. Even if everyone had it, I'm not sure why we would think it would work exactly the same for everyone. If everyone got off the exact same way, an entire industry would go downhill.
7I didnt think I had one til a talented boy found it....and I was very happy he did!
8Like greylen - I know mine exist, but I'm not sure if everyone has one - most my friends are envious of us who have no trouble w/either of the big-O's; so, I do not know if theirs exist or maybe they're just not as sensitive as others of us. Well, I guess it's a question for the ages. I'm just happy I mine exist
(maybe it's genetic like brown eyes or a longer second toe - some people inherit those traits
while others do not - oh well, just something to think about)
Sorry if that was TMI!!
9What a cute explanation Bastille. Maybe it is something genetic, that would make sense.
10this is so crazy. why did they need to do a study on this?! i picture some dorky male scientists sitting around trying to find a way to see a naked before they die woman and coming up with this
11yes, but it's not all that it's built up to be. not that it doesn't feel good, but the only OMG good is from non-G spot stimulation. So yes I believe in it, but no I don't think it's worth all the hype it receives.
12One time when I was checking things out down there, I definitely found it... good times indeed!
But that's the thing: you can't expect some dude to find it because he likely doesn't know. It can totally be a DIY project. I mean, bonus points if your man (or woman) finds it for you! I don't think some women don't have a g-spot. I just think that women are freaked out by touching their vages. Dudes touch their penis every time they pee...or touch their junk just for fun. Most women don't even know what their vag looks like -- that involves actually going under the hood.
13Oh definitely!
14I agree with the other ladies: I definitely know I have it, but I know and respect my friends whom have told me that they can't orgasm at all. I guess I have a high libido too, it doesn't take much for my husband to excite me. I've also had some great past lovers that made me comfortable enough to have fun sex.
Sorry for the TMI.
15i just assumed everyone had a g-spot! i have an O from the gspot very often!! it's awesome!!! im lucky i guess!!
16I actually read one article that said a few women actually don't have a g-spot. I don't know?
17I believe in it, but I don't like it!
My G-spot does nothing for me, it actually hurts when "it" is near that area.
18When you find it you know it. I believe.
19i have yet to find mine. i WISH i could!
20I know I have one, but I wouldn't be surprized if not everyone did.
21woop woop, I'm happy the majority of the women are relishing in the g spot!
22I now i have one and its great but i can totally understand that may b other woemen don't. (feel sorry for use guys )
23HAHAHA flyhunnie7!
24I believe in it, but I don't know if I have it or not. I have regluar multiple orgasms all the time so the quest to search for it never really was an issue. Does being able to have female ejaculation equal the same thing as having a g spot? hmmm
25i love this topic - my wife was convinced that the g-spot did not exist but eventually we found it (thank God for all that trying) now she's a true believer and consistently comments about how much more significant the orgasm is. Girl on top is her secret.
femaculation is a different thing all together.
26I know that mine exists, but I think for some it may not exist, or some may not have a sensitive G-Spot, making it impossible for them to orgasm simply with G-spot stimulation.
27I didn't find mine either, but yes I do believe.
28I sooo believe in it! Its there! -- hint: you know that motion you move your finger in when you want someone to 'Come Here' -- have your partner point about 2 of those fingers in the right direction -- and tell you to 'come here' from inside.... and I'm guessing you just might find it!!!
Best of luck to those searching!!
