As most women know, one of the biggest inhibitors in the bedroom is the mind. It has a tendency to wander off and come up with nagging questions, like “is my stomach jiggling?” that can really turn a girl off. In fact, it can end up holding you back from a lot of pleasurable things. I know that I’ve had phases where the way I feel about my looks has had an effect on my attitude and mood when having sex but what about you? Do your body issues follow you to bed?

NO!
1I could care less what I looked like while my man was pumping on me haha!
No...I don't really think I have many body issues though.
2Not really.
3no way! I dont let ANYTHING get in the way!
4lol. sometimes i do.
5Only as far as which positions I'll participate in when the lights are on, lol. Other than that, I don't really let my body issues get to me whilst in the middle of getting it on. I know my man loves me regardless.
6sometimes if i feel like im having a fat day, i wont feel up to it. but it's not like we aren't going to do it, lol. and i wont stop in the middle to go, "does doggystyle make me look fat?" lol
7No.
Most guys I've talked to say they don't notice little things like a jiggly tummy, they're too concerned w/the fact there is a naked woman in their bed
Sometimes thoughts like that WILL cross my mind, but then I think, well, if he doesn't like the way my body looks, we wouldn't even be hooking up right now!
8I have body issues and I think will always have one to some extent, but yeah, when I want it...I DON'T CARE
9Nope, I know my guy likes what he sees.
10there are just some days i really don't feel my best and yes, i find it harder to enjoy myself
11I picked other. Though I don't have a boyfriend, I'm really proud of my body so I don't think this would inhibit me when it happens. (Did that sound cocky? I really don't mean to sound cocky
)
12Sure. My body issue is that I think I'm sexy and beautiful, and it definitely follows me to bed.
;)
13Yes,there are some things I just can't overlook.
14Nope. I don't have body issues because I take care of myself and I look awesome.
My
fiance loves me just the way I am.
15it really depends. like when it's that time of the month and everything seems extra jiggly and bloated, then definitely.
16not that my body is perfect but i don't have many issues with myself anymore. i've come to learn that my body is my body and all i can really do is exercise and eat right--keep a balance in my life.
besides, my guy thinks my body rocks and that's enough for me. he's always telling me and it's nice to hear. i can tell myself how much i love my body all i want but when the guy i'm head over heels for tells me such it's even better. more power. and THAT will get me even more in the mood.
17Where is the answer..I don't have any body issues.
Anyway, I don't, and I would
hope the same for everyone.
18i might think about it but it doesn't stop me lol if i'm having a self perceived fat day, then i just make sure the lights are out haha. i've never had a guy complain about my body, so why should i let it get me too worked up.
19It depends...
20I have come to learn that, most of the time, the things I don't like about my body are the things my boyfriend loves most. I can't fault that! ; )
21It depends... if my legs aren't shaved, if I feel particularly dirty for any reason, or if I'm on my period & just feel bloated.. those are the kind of body issues that follow me into bed. As for a little extra tummy jiggle, I (or my bf) could care less.
22as Elle said..
23well im no victoria's secret model, but i think im quite sexy and i know my husband is very pleased by what he sees, so im usually quite eager to get nekkid
24Not really. Only occasionally.
25only sometimes- mostly when i am super ultra pre-menstrual. doesn't ever stop me though...
26I do... I have always had low self esteem.. something I need to work on. I don't let it get in the way but it does cross my mind.
27It generally depends on the position and how Im feeling that day. Even when Ive had a guy tell me I look fine, being in that spot turned him on, whatever- if I feel fat Im not going to want to continue in that position and thats that.
28I'm glad everyone here is so self-confident! I, unfortunately, am often plagued by body issues in the bedroom. It's a major issue in my relationship right now.
29yup i was pretty self-conscious of my stomach, esp. since my last ex was a gym freak and i totally wasn't.
30most of the time my body issues keep me out of bed completely for most of the time. But I am trying and making lots of effort to be better for my beau as he really does deserve it.
