James McAvoy has had a good year. Not only is Atonement up for Best Picture in this year's Oscar race, but the actor is one of Hollywood's new "it" guys. He might not be the hunky Hollywood type we're all used to, but he's got the charm, the accent, and the looks that make women weak in the knees. I have a feeling this is going to be a one-sided vote but tell me, would you do, dump, or marry James McAvoy?

Oh MY GOD. I first saw him in "Children of Dune" miniseries (I'm a sci fi freak), and I was like "He's going to be BIG one day!" Sure enough, now he's in all these motion pictures next to big name actors.

He's got that boyish thing about him, so he's not exactly my type, but I still adore him since he's adorable and a good actor. I'd marry him...after he's grown up Laughing out loud

I agree 100% with Whip's response. As you can tell by my avatar, I am a fan. Watch him in interviews and just try to not fall in love with him. I don't think it is possible. Eye-wink

Yes, too boyish.

I'd still do him. Especially a drunken one night stand. But he'd be all calling me the next day, trying to date, and I'd be like, "Do I know you?" And he'd be like,"Yes we slept together! It was magical. You are fantastic in bed." And then I'd reconsider dating him.

I fell in love with James when he was in Rory O'Shea Was Here (known as I'm Dancing Inside in England). Not only did he look super hot as Rory, but his performance was AMAZING beyond belief and I can barely think of the movie without crying. (Steven Robertson was awesome as well!) IMDB search for Inside I'm Dancing! It's awesome! I'd do him if he went back to the Rory look (spiky blonde hair? rawr!) but he definitely seems like marriage material....or so says his wife! Hehe! I have been on the lookout for James' movies since I saw him as Rory and am so pleased that people are starting to recognize his talent! He's becoming a movie star and I hope he can still choose those roles that move him.
