Surumail Edible Squid-flavored Postcards [1] are made of dried squid. This squid jerky is flattened, vacuumed packed and affixed with a mailing label. It isn't available yet in the United States, but when it is, I plan on buying some squid ink from an Italian deli, firing off a letter, and telling my friends to EAT IT (in a nice way).
