I don't know about you, but I'm a little mad at Trivial Pursuit. It's kind of...regressed? It's gotten a little too easy with all of the "90s Edition/Pop Culture Edition" and whatnot. So I'm in the market for a new trivia game. I wonder if this is it?
It's called Fact or Crap and that's the gist of it. They give questions like, "Jimmy Carter was the first U.S. President to be born in a hospital." and you would say, "fact." Or, "the sun is so big you could fit more than 100,000 earths inside it," to which the answer is "crap." Okay, I don't know if it stands to be more challenging than Trivial Pursuit, but I'm game to find out!

We do game night every other week with friends, we play cards scrabble you name it, Im always saying that we should play Trivia Pursuit but I agree its not the same. I like a challenge myself so maybe I will check this out.. Thanks for the post!
1I've played Fact or Crap - it's pretty fun, we had a good time with it. My all-time favorite game night game, though, is Apples to Apples - not a trivia game, but SO MUCH FUN. And ADDICTIVE. You'll end a game and everyone playing will say, "How about another one?"
2^ I agree. Nothing beats apples to apples. My boyfriend bought a bunch of the custom cards, makes it even better.

I bought fact or crap for a nephew who is 9 and he LOVED it the second he saw we'd given him a gift with the word crap in it! We've played a couple times and it is a pretty fun game.
A friend of mine has the "Would You Rather? Twisted, Sick & Wrong Version" and that was hilarious!

5My coworker has a Fact or Crap calendar, we play Fact or Crap every day and keep score.
6I'll add this one to my collection... we are Apples to Apples, Trivial Pursuit, Cranium addicts.
7Our group likes to play a game called Settlers. I had never heard of it until we played it with friends in Philly. Fun game so we brought it back home with us. I'm going to have to check out this apples to apples game!
8I am not a fan of Fact or Crap. I am a big fan of scrabble, uno and trival pursuit. I need to check out apples to apples we are always looking for new games.

10I've played Fact or Crap and was unimpressed. Not as fun as Apples to Apples, not as challenging as Trivial Pursuit.
11This game is alright, but if you want a game that NEVER gets old, it's Tabloid Teasers. It's from 1991- so I don't think they manufacture it anymore, but I got mine off of ebay- I think there's some on amazon too. Best game I've EVER played.
