When you think of gossip, do you immediately picture a group of women talking each other's ears off? If so, I'm sure you're not alone, but I think it's a common misconception that it's mostly women who gossip. Every man I know, especially my dad, loves to be in the know and let's face it, men are sometimes even more fun to gossip with than women! So tell me ladies, do you gossip with your significant other the same way you do with your female friends?

Yes I do!
But, I always tell him to keep it between us.
1Every woman does it with her man or hubby.
2If they say they don't then I believe they forgotten they did it.
Its really like second nature to us women.

24yea, but my hubby doesnt like to gossip, and he NEVER shares the juicy gossip he knows with me unless i pull it out of him which i hate! i dont tell him anything too risque about my close friends though

44Absolutely! He's the only one I DO gossip with because I know what I tell him won't come back later to bite me in the ass. I can be judgmental, petty, childish or just plain mean with him and I know that it's safe. To me, the ONLY person to gossip with is your spouse.
45Absolutley - - actually, I only gossip with/to him because talking to my friends about another friend (or even an acquaintance) is a no-no for me. And, it's so much more fun to gossip/vent with my husband - - - he totally gets me.

We definitely dish about people we went to highschool & college with... And both of our sets of friends/siblings/run ins, etc.
But Britney's latest meltdown and who's pregnant now... he's not really interested. But usually he's a good hubby and lets me tell him anyways. I'll always at least secretly believe that he enjoys knowing current pop culture, though he'd never admit it.
48we try to minimize it. we both recognize it as a negative character trait, and it makes us both feel bad about ourselves. we'll discuss something if it's bothering either of us, or if it's extra juicy. . . but neither of us are really interested in talking sh*t about people.
celebrity gossip is great for fulfilling that guilty pleasure without affecting your life. but i still try to stick to "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all". especially when people can't really defend themselves.
49I do, but it depends on what we gossip about. He only likes to listen and respond if it’s anyone or anything that interests him. Anything other than, let’s say close friends or family members, doesn’t interest him much.
