1I love it. Great video. We have all been there.
My first coffee experience was at Starbucks so I am now accustomer to tall, grande, venti rules. So my problem is that when I go other coffee shops, I say grande and they say medium. However, one local coffee shop calls their venti or large size a grande so when I accidently order a grande (wanting a medium) they give me no hassle with the size title but I get a venti size and pay a venti price

5I hate customers like this - baristas just repeat 'tall' to annoy the customer who DOESN'T READ THE MENU which is right in front of their face.
