3You're right princesskitty, but in politics a person's home state is not the state they came from, it is the state they hail from politically. Hillary Clinton is not originally from New York, either. And when asked what George W. Bush's home state is, most people would say Texas, even though he was born in New Haven Connecticut and raised in Massachusetts.
