You gotta love public access television. Crazy Lady in the blue cape appeared on a little known NYC-based show called Checkerboard Kids a few years back. She wanted to set the record straight once and for all— the cartoon superhero, Underdog, is the canine Superman. Say what? "Have no fear!" The Underdog interpretive dancer is here. . .
